Trail of Broken Hearts is your one-click access to everything related to the singer, songwriter, and multi-intrumentalist Jon McLaughlin.  This fan site was created in order to share news, multimedia files and spread information about this amazing artist with the fan community.

Who am I?

My name is Miguel. I currently live in New York City and am almost graduating from college with a Business Administration-Marketing degree.

Why did I choose to create a Jon McLaughlin fan site, you ask?

Simple. I have been a huge fan of Jon McLaughlin for a little less than 2 years now. There are very few sites dedicated to Jon McLaughlin in the www universe.  He deserves a site where all fans can visit and learn more about him: his influences, life as a touring artist and most importantly, the music. 

His musical talent is widely underestimated by many, fans and the music industry, alike.  His music and lyrics evoke emotional, raw feelings that many can certainly relate to.  I feel like his music will be with me for a very long time and I will be there for the long ride in the years to come.  And if you're a very dedicated fan of his, I hope you will too!

Even though I already help run another Jon related site:
Ultimate Jon McLaughlin
there hasn't been any other operating site dedicated to Jon since the release of Indiana.  Plus, I thought it would be a great idea to have a well organized site that would have a lot of videos and audio files others can download.

Why "Trail of Broken Hearts"?

"Trail of Broken Hearts" are lyrics from the song 'Human' from his first major label album Indiana.

This is one of my very favorite tracks from Indiana and most fans will agree that it's a very powerful song and it rocks live!

Why are you encouraged to visit this site?

As mentioned previously, there are no other sites dedicated to Jon other than the blog I help run, his official site and myspace.  You can expect me to keep you up-to-date with everything Jon McLaughlin, from news to pictures, to articles and multimedia as they come.  There's no other place like this!! =)
